Yoav Ankri
Clinical Social Worker, Head of Social-Work Students, Clinical Training and Therapist. Yoav holds a Bachelor of Social Work (B.S.W) from Ben Gurion University and a Master of Arts (M.A) in Clinical Social Work from Bar Ilan University. His professional journey includes specialized training in psychotherapy with a dynamic approach at the Magid Institute, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (C.B.T) studies at Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, and completion of a group-therapy program at Tel Aviv University. Yoav has held various roles within the Israeli Welfare Ministry, including direct work with lawbreakers, supervisory and headquarter positions. He works at the Israel Center for Addiction (ICA) as the manager of Youth and Young Adults Initiative. He brings to the ICAMH/Hadassah Clinic extensive experience in individual and group therapeutic interventions, addressing addiction, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental conditions. Yoav also practices as a therapist at a private clinic.
