Shoshana Teitelbaum
Shoshana Teitelbaum is a Rehabilitation Psychology intern and therapist at the ICAMH-Hadassah clinic for addiction and double diagnosis. Shoshana holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from The Open University of Israel and a M.A. degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from Ariel University in Samaria. Her thesis explored the long-term cognitive and emotional effects of postpartum depression on children, reflecting her interest of maternal and child mental health. During her studies, Shoshana worked as a mental health therapist at the Children’s Neuropsychological Clinic at the Hadassah University Hospital – Ein Kerem, where she supported children and teens coping with neurological disorders and their emotional implications. Later, during her internship at the National Institute for Neuropsychological Rehabilitation, she provided individual and group therapy, facilitated neuro-rehabilitation groups, and deepened her understanding of the challenges faced by individuals with neurological conditions and those recovering from cancer. In addition to her clinical work, Shoshana completed a fellowship at the Mandel Institute for Leadership, where she focused on education for healthy marriage and reduction of religious and spiritual violence. This project highlighted her interest in addressing systemic issues that impact mental health.
