Maya is a BA student at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, pursuing a double major in Psychology and the Multidisciplinary Program, with a focus on Philosophy and Cognitive and Brain Sciences. She has served as a research assistant in the Cognition and Emotion Lab under the supervision of Prof. Nilly Mor, contributing to studies on rumination and cognitive training. She currently serves as the social media coordinator at the Israel Center for Addiction and Mental Health (ICAMH).
