Dr. Ofri Yalin is a postdoctoral researcher at the Israel Center on Addiction and Mental Health at
the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel (ICAMH). She holds a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition
from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a master’s degree in Health Administration & Public
Health from Ben Gurion University, and a Ph.D. in epidemiology from Tel Aviv University. Her
doctoral research under the supervision of Prof. Moshe Phillip and Prof. Gabriel Hodik focused
on the effect of obesity and nutritional intervention on depression levels, cognitive and executive
functions in adolescent girls. Her research at ICAMH focuses on mental health, eating disorders,
and addiction.
