Ayellet Molad-Hayo serves as a clinical psychologist at the ICAMH-Hadassah clinic for addiction and double diagnosis. She is currently in the final year of her clinical psychology internship at the Adult Psychiatry Clinic at Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center. She holds a BA in Psychology and an LLB in Law from the Honors Program at Reichman University, both completed with honors. Following her undergraduate studies, she completed her legal internship in the International Affairs Department of the State Attorney’s Office, where she continued to work as a prosecutor after passing the bar exams. Driven by a desire to integrate psychology and law, and with a deep interest in therapeutic work, Ayellet pursued an MA in Clinical Psychology at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, graduating with honors. During this time, she also worked with the Ministry of Justice’s Legal Aid Department. Upon completing her MA, she began her clinical internship in the Eating Disorders Unit of the closed psychiatric department at Hadassah Ein Kerem Medical Center. After two years in the inpatient unit, she transitioned to the outpatient clinic, where she continues to practice today. Throughout her internship, and alongside psychodynamic and CBT training, Ayellet has completed certifications in EMDR (Levels 1 and 2) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Currently, after completing a year of training, Ayellet is joining both the clinical and research teams of the ICAMH-Hadassah clinic for addiction and double diagnosis. In parallel with her clinical work, she is pursuing a PhD degree at Reichman University under the supervision of Prof. Mario Mikulincer. Her doctoral research explores attachment processes within the legal system, reflecting her commitment to bridging the fields of law and psychology.
